If you are planning a high-priority event (Prom, Wedding, etc.), it is highly encouraged that the you meet with PJ prior to the event date due to the amount of attention required for large-scale occasions. Written e-mail communication is sufficient for small and medium-sized events. How much time do you need to set-up equipment? Set-up time is determined by the following factors: Accordingly, PJ will need at least one hour for set-up. Larger events (Prom, Wedding, etc.) will require more time.
